CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Chesterfield student has been arrested for threatening the Meadowbrook High School resource officer.

CBS 6 legal expert Todd Stone says the charge is a class 1 misdemeanor and carries up to a year in jail.
In February, Arias was arrested and charged with sexual battery, abduction and kidnapping after an incident at the Chesterfield County high school. It was reported that a 15-year-old female was touched inappropriately by three known male students, including Arias.
At the time, a Chesterfield Police spokesperson said, “the investigation indicates that Palacios Arias prevented the victim from leaving the room and touched her inappropriately.”
